I applied directly to Vanguard and was immediately followed up by the in house recruiter who was efficient and in communication regularly through the process. My first interview was with Manager and second with Senior team members. Overall the interviews were pretty laid back but they do have a strict policy on behavioural questions.

The total process took 3 months. 2 rounds were held with 1st one being a general/technical round and the 2nd one being a bit more competency based. After the rounds were completed, I was made an offer within 2 weeks.

Had one phone interview with recruiter and one in person interview with team lead and manager. Everyone at the interview sold the Vanguard culture well. Took longer than expected to hear back following interview. Ended up getting the job.

Entrevista
Three, one hour interviews. Supervisor group, manager group, and senior manager. This was an internal hire/promotion which is common for the Fund Financial Analyst position. Though this follows a similar pattern for outside hires.
