Typically interview process. Starting with first round phone interview with one HR, and then second round in-person on site interview. Phone interview is about 30 minutes, and you do a few around of interview in the second round.

The interviewing process was very seamless and straight forward. I initially talked to a recruiter at my school career fair and had my first round interview over the phone. After about a 45 minute conversation and some behavioral questions I was invited to Malvern, PA for a second round interview. The flew me out and put me up in a hotel. The next day consisted of two one-hour interviews and several other activities where myself and 5 others were being evaluated. The interviews were mainly behavioral and situational while they were just trying to get to know you better.
