Entrevista
Very straightforward interview process. You should know a few basic finance terms, but they are mostly just going to ask you a bunch of behavioral questions. There was a phone interview first, and then I was invited to interview at the Scottsdale location a week later. The in-person interview was cake - you take a tour of the building, complete a case study regarding an "issue" with a phone call, and then you sit with 2-3 different upper-level employees who discuss your case study answers with you and ask about career goals/more personal questions.
Honestly just be yourself and go prepared with questions about the job. I got the call back literally 3 days later that I was hired. Getting the job is easy - you should be more nervous for the licensing exams that you need to pass to keep the job!

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
