I talked to an employee at a career fair and gave them my resume. A couple months later I received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was around 45 minutes (behavioral questions dealing with working with clients and group projects, etc.) and at the end they invited to me to an in-person interview (they pay for flight, hotel and meals). The in-person interview was with 20-30 other candidates. They gave us a tour and overview of benefits and the different divisions. Then I had to do a case study and role-play it to an employee. Make sure you pay attention to detail. Then they just ask behavioral questions. Two weeks after they called and gave me a job offer. I'm pretty sure they give almost everyone an offer. I declined because they pay significantly low and all you do is answer phones all day long and learn no real technical/analytical finance skills.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
