Did not get any reply from the HR after the 2nd round even after a follow up email.
HR team must reply to the candidates if not selected
According to our internal guidelines, this almost never occurs. We would like to investigate the same further and get back to you. Could you please send us some more details at hr@vamstar.io. If there is anything in the current system which is not upto the mark we would like to correct it. Your help would be appreciated.

Shortlisted from hirist and 1st 2 rounds took with in 2 weeks and no delay but from 3rd took time
Lot of followups (Mails & Phones) with HR and finally no offer released with reason being huge crowd. I would suggest not waste of time yours and others when you consider limited profiles.
I would suggest to provide feedback and announce in time which your TAT Time.
I was happy after seeing Footer of mails which is below but not in reality.
"Our TAT for closing an application is 10-12 working days. Please use the same mail trail during the entire process for communication purposes. .
