Watch out for this company. I went through the interview process and was offered a job via email. When I responded to the offer with questions about the role and a counter offer on the salary, they completely ghosted me. I didn't even ask for the top range of the salary THEY posted for the job. I sent several emails asking for a follow up where we stood with the offer and NOTHING, not one response back. This doesn't reflect well on the company as a whole. Treat people with decency and respond after you offer them a job. There are real humans on the other end of those job offers and applications. If you can't meet my salary request with 10 years of experience then have some respect and respond with a simple no. It's not that hard to say so. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They don't treat people very well, if they can't even have some common decency and respond after they offered me a job. I guess if you want to work here you have to take the breadcrumbs they offer otherwise don't expect to hear back from them.
