pretty simple, met with senior management members, walked through the outline of the job. What I'd do, and next steps. Pretty standard honestly. It's tough because they're looking for the best but it's not impossible. There's not tricks, at least in the interview I went through.

Interview process is simple - they're looking for the best of the best.
As a caveat, they're always looking - doens't matter if you have the position, or had it for years - they're open to replacing you - the entire time i was employed there was always active job boards for my title/position and active interviews.
Interview itself was not easy but simply, meet with HR, move to head of team/heads of teams. THere's no tricks - they're not trying to trap you, they just want the best... if you're the right fit, there's a good chance they'll give you a shot.

Standard - what makes you stand out, what was your past experience, what do you think will be hard for you ehre etc.
After multiple interviews, a lengthy assignment and several emails, they never got back to me.
They reposted the same job a few weeks later. They repost the same job listings over and over again...
Total waste of time!
