Due to lack of qualified personnel, job was offered on the spot. "When can you start, we need to fill this job immediately" This was a little concerning, however, I held off accepting the job offer to think about it over the weekend. I then accepted the offer, against my intuition as I was in need of employment. Upon being hired, little "red flags" started revealing bigger ethical issues almost immediately.
