Fairly standard on campus recruiting process. Interviewed on campus and was a more conversational approach. Then was brought to their home office and met with a number of different managers which was very much conversational and more of a get feel for the person.

Began with phone interview, then was brought into the two different offices (Griffith, IN and Lombard, IL) for in-person interviews. In-person interviews were with 5 different people. Interviews were one-on-one or one-on-two.
