Applied through Workpop, and received a time to set up the interview soon after. I was a few minutes late due to traffic, but no one seemed to notice or care. Once in their office in El Segundo, I spoke with the Director of Curation about my background in music and about music in general. After around 20 minutes, she went to get the founder of the company, and we spoke for a short period of time. Overall, it was the least stressful interview I've ever had, and I was offered the job later that day, but ended up declining.
