Upon entering the location i was greeted by a supervisor. He explained the job title and duties. then i spoke with a quality assurance manager and he did a few test calls. he was in a room and i was in another. I was given a booklet of a few different types of calls and was told how to answer and close the call. Then he called the phone in the office about 3 different times to make sure i memorized the script correctly

Interviewer was polite and concise. She asked great questions to gain insight into my experience. She used the time efficiently. She explained the challenges of the job and what can be expected of in day to day responsibilities.
