Video interview - going through my tech knowledge and understanding.
Face to face interview - which consisted of sitting next to tech advisors- listening to calls , then a role play with an issue with member not knowing how to connect the phone line & how to troubleshoot.
Very informative, and not as pressured as others. Questions on how you wold solve a specific problem. Also on your understanding of the domain. Chance to ask any questions you have.
