It started with a phone interview then onsite for a tour of the facilities followed by an interview with a Senior Engineer to review technical knowledge level. Once I met the requirements I was given the job.

The interview process when well. I was tested on my knowledge and was hired because of my ability to show my skill set. The process was very comfortable and straightforward.
