They sent me 12 interview questions and asked me to email responses. Some made sense for an initial screening. Some were ridiculous to ask me to type out. For instance, "Tell me what you know about BRAND" and they didn't even fill in their own company name. I responded within hours and never heard back. That is extremely disrespectful to my time as an applicant.

Easy going, interview with 2-3 people. Be prepared to be asked the same questions. Talk to hiring manager about pay. RPMs are not chosen based off skill and knowledge. Just depends who you know in management.
