I was interviewed by two senior designers for what lasted about an hour and a half. Although I was very enthusiastic at the thought of joining Upstatement, who seem to be an excellent agency, the interviewers lacked enthusiasm during the call. They had few questions about my work and overall gave the impression that they weren't very prepared not very keen to interview me. I ended up not getting the job which was fine as I didn't present solid brand work, but I didn't get a sense that the interviewers made an effort to clarify the reasoning either. All in all, a decent effort.
