The interview process was initiated by a recruiter, who reached out to me about the job. Overall, the recruiter seemed helpful and organized. The team members who conducted the interviews seemed like maybe it was their first day of employment, ever. They spent the time talking about themselves and how they contribute (or lack there of) to the role and success of the organization. The feedback loop post interview was hard to close, as the recruiter seemed to have to chase down feedback. Based on the interviews, I don’t think I’d have accepted a role with the organization - so interested to be removed from candidacy.
