I had got a call from consultant about the job requirement for this company and in that conversation i told them the reason to change the job is that i want a large team so i can learn from them, after few days later i got a call from same consultant that you are shortlisted and this company has more than 12 employees in as a team, then they schedule my telephonic interview with companies CFO and the CFO explained about their company and he told me that i will be the first employee of this company and after 4 to 6 months i will be a team lead, and in the mid of the interview i told that same thing is with my current company and i am not interested for further process
