The interview process was very short and easy. These positions require little experience, though experience with cashiering or store maintenance are certainly a plus. The interview essentially consisted of considering my past background and work experience. We further discussed what responsibilities I would be comfortable with, what skills I felt I had to offer, etc as well as my current availability and desired work schedule. In regards to this the management was generally very accommodating, to the best of their ability.
