Takes an extremely long time. I interviewed for the same role for ~ 9 months (and I really mean actively interviewed), at which point an external recruiter contacted me with this “new” opportunity for the same role and I lost hope. They may still be interviewing I’m not really sure I haven’t heard in a while. The process was really disorganized obviously, but the team and managers seemed great and didn’t waste time with kind of silly stereotypical interview questions much more practical questions whether it was about what you like or how you would approach certain “real life” campaigns/problems on the job.
