I applied online, through an employee reference. First HR phone screening, with generic questions about your resume, background and salary expectations, then I was interviewed by the hiring managers. It was quick and the whole process took 2 weeks.

There was very clear communication and everyone was friendly throughout the entire process. I felt they were transparent about the role, company and future goals. While I was not selected, I appreciated that their interview process was very clear.

The process consisted of three rounds for external candidates. It started with a phone screening interview, followed by a second interview with the department head and HR together. The final round was with the General Manager and the President. Questions throughout focused on personality fit, cultural alignment with the company, and motivation for joining the role and the organization, rather than technical case studies.
