Envié una solicitud electrónica. Acudí a una entrevista en Unity (Londres, Inglaterra) en jul 2020
Entrevista
Talked with a recruiter and was scheduled to talk to the hiring manager next. Thought the meeting went well based on that we talked for 1.5h and the same performance has given me follow-up meetings or offers at other companies, however after 2.5 weeks I got an email that they will proceed with other candidates. The hiring manager seemed to want people with exactly the same game industry background as himself. I've been a Unity developer for many years but fine, Unity has a lot of engineering roles open that fits my experience and the email stated that I'm free to apply for another position, However, after emailing back to the recruiter to ask he about other roles he didn't even bother to reply to me, like I was yesterdays garbage now. The same recruiter seem to be the screen for all their positions in the region, yet has only been at the company for 6 months (before that a few months here and there). Its terrible that they put so much trust in someone like this. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Did 2 stages. First and very pleasant with the recruiter, second with the tech manager. They changed the manager from DK to US team in the middle of the process and it was confusing. I had to do round 2 twice
