It is odd that you are recommending others stay away from a company where you were never employed. The interview process most likely seemed easy to you as no offer was extended. For candidates that we hire the interview process is much more involved. There is an email sent, a phone screen, a second phone screen, a one-way video requirement, a face to face interview or Skype interview and then a final interview.
