I had two rounds of interviews. The first was a phone call with the supervisor, and then I came into the office for an in-person interview with HR, the department head, and the person who would be my supervisor in the role. The process was smooth, and they asked the usual questions about my design process, how I would handle certain situations, and why I applied for the position.

In person in Bethesda, MD. Met leaders from different departments. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Basic questions about my previous experience and roles and why I was interested in the position.
