      Entrevista

      This interview process happened for Tech Support (Voice) Candidates were mostly selected from Consultancies. People through direct walkin were not given priority. Though few got this information through online/Naukri Candidates were asked to wait since morning. Few were unable to finish up the online tests even after 3 hours . Those who already completed the tests were asked to wait until everyone finished the test. After 5 PM there was quite a confusion between interviewing freshers and experienced. Both freshers and experienced were put in same process. Few people who appeared late for the interview (i.e after 3PM) were not given any online tests. Panelists left for the day one by one without even announcing the results. At last only one interviewer was present and it was 6 PM. Quickly they have asked candidates for a communication round through telephone and everyone was sent out mentioning they are not good at communication and pronunciation bla bla bla.. This Telephonic interview could have been done through telephone. Wondering why candidates has to travel 26 kms from City to this unknown village (RGA Tech PARK) Carmelaram in Bangalore. This venue is very far and not well connected from city. I could see there is a complaint on such new trend nowadays that HR ppl from Indian IT s are contacting consultancies and posting on job search websites about their openings(which is not real) just to show on account record purposes.

      Candidates were given online test through mobile which is quite appreciable. They are asked to login through an URL with a candidate ID and password and the tests were on Aptitude, English Grammar and Basic Technical questions related to troubleshooting Desktops/laptops.
