The process consisted of taking an assessment through a computer, filling out a form with essay questions (STAR), having an interview with HR and having three separate interviews with members of the department you could potentially work for.

The whole interview process was a waste of time in my opinion. There were 3 sets of interviews that were no longer than 15 mins and yet they interviewed me with an interval of at least a week. Waste of gas and time spent on the road. They could've been more efficient and done the interview in 1 day. It wouldn't last an hour.
