I applied for senior position but when a lead position opened I asked to be interviewed for it first and the team accepted. I had 3 interviews: one to evaluate my experience in AI, one to evaluate my experience in SW and one with hr team and culture fit evaluation. Through the process, the hr team was responsive and adaptive to my time schedule and the 3 interviewers were respective and to the point. the whole hiring process was seamless to me.
