Went through several interviews, received a verbal offer - then nothing for 4 months! The management structure was very confused, with several managers in Munich, Milan or London. I have since heard from several other candidates that roles were defined, but no infrastructure existing to support role and no political support. They weren't pumping me for market Information, just confused.
