Undercurrent strike me as an agency with big growing problems and a lack of professionalism which became more and more evident during my interviewing process. From the slow response rate between interviews to the general unpreparedness of my interviewers I could sum up my experience easily: they simply aren't on the ball. I had heard about their inability to deliver on time and this also rang true, a strategist I interviewed with backed up this fact and let it slip that they never met their monthly deliverables, were way behind on hiring, and then assured me that they'd be in contact later that day for next steps- only for me to wait another 2 weeks to hear back from them (I found another job in the interim). I would strongly recommend that any potential candidates be prepared for a very lengthy process and to actively pursue other job offers.
