I was working with a recruiter that submitted my package for review. I then received a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It was a neutral experience. The interviewer seemed slightly disinterested in speaking with me. After the phone interview, I was sent a writing challenge that needed to be turned around in less than 24 hours. I submitted. It took about a week to hear back. That was the end of my process.
