Well, try to focus more on the sales pitch and the religional langauge. If a learner is comfortable in hindi, do Communicate the same. If English go with the same with others as well. This makes it more comfortable for the learner and yourself to build a conversation and to crack the deal.
2 rounds interview process, 1st one is HR round which is basically the screening type interview to see candidate capable or not. In 2nd round that is scheduled with higher authority and they generally ask some case based questions

First round was normal communication about company and in second round director round it was hard and then wait for some time they generate the offer letter at the evening of the day
