They ask you’re typical behavioral/situational based questions. Will ask you about brands you like and how you would upsell products. Also, will ask how comfortable you’d be promoting the credit card and loyalty program on a daily basis.

Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
