The interview process was formal. The General Manager wants to know how you will be an asset to the company and the store. During the interview process the hours you will be required to work are reviewed

The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.

Very easy in person interview. Held with the GM and another management memebr. Only part time management position, so the interview is pretty short. Looking for background in marketing and visual coordination. Must have an easily availablilitt schedule

A three part interview process followed after an online application was submitted, reviewed, and accepted. First interview was in person with the GM of the store, second was with a GM from another store in a different district, and third was with the DM.
