I applied online , it was quick process maybe 1 or 2 weeks later they contacted me for July 2016 interview . Took literally 15 mins by the end of the they called me to start orientation 2 days after. Super easy & friendly manager loved that I wasn't nervous as she made it easy to not be and seemed very conversationally vs interview. No drug or background check started right away.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
