1. It will be a call with HR who explain about the process, check your availability and sends a meeting invite with non-technical recruiter.
Then the HR will inform you that you will receive a link with questions that should be completed before the interview(Hold on, if you are thinking it as technical assessment then you are wrong). Its non-technical, you will be asked to go through a paragraph(company history) and ask you to write it in a simple and easy to understand bullet points. And then followed by two assessments which reminds you of psychologists asking you questions, followed by 50 sales related questions.
Tired!!! Yes I was indeed. Not sure why a technical person has to complete that assessment. Anyway its company policy they might have put a lot of thought in introducing it.
