First, after a simple phone conversation the HR woman sent me a series of 4 tests to complete at home and send back. They were all sales questions and seemed weird to me that I had to fill it out considering the position had nothing to do with sales. After spending an hour or 2 completing the tests you have to save them as word documents and send them back to HR. I waited about another week to have a formal phone interview. They were normal questions about previous work history, style of management, etc.

The tests you have to complete were difficult because I do not have a sales background. I answered as honestly as I possibly could. However, I don't feel like I have a sales personality so I may have chosen the wrong answers.

There are two steps in total. First step is phone call from HR for pre screening to enquire and confirm about job application. After few days, received call for next round and the final round happened in office with Hiring manager and HR.

Entrevista
You must do 4 online assesments prior to your interview. This is followed by numbers assessments, a group interview, and then individual interviews. All of these interviews are pretty standard fare. The numbers assessments aren't hard. The pre-interview assessments cover a variety of topics.
Two short numerical quizzes, 4 minutes each, followed by one on one interview with a member of HR. Good process to discover if candidates have potential to work within the warehouse.
