It was very simple I applied for the job and then got a phone call from HR 3 days later set up my interview for the following week. After the interview the HR person who i had spoke with said they would call me after 10 business days and thats exactly what happened.

Went through multiple interviews, just to not hear from anyone about the final decision for months until I reached out to find out myself. During interviews they asked for the most part about previous experiences and project success.

What are some of your biggest challenges when working on a long term project?
The first round interview was mostly behavioral questions. It started with a tell me about yourself and why I was interested in the company. Overall it was a good experience.
