Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Uline
Entrevista
The interview process for interns at Uline is extremely thorough. At my first interview, I completed 2-3 assessments, which included matching numbers, finding number sequences, and simple adding/subtracting. Traditional interview process followed (resume, strengths, weaknesses etc.). I was invited for a second interview, which required that I complete 3-4 more assessments online prior (writing sample, personal evaluation etc.) While the staff was very friendly throughout, I ultimately decided to go elsewhere because a 3rd interview was required with even more assessments.
Sit you in a big room and a group to do random assessments entire atmosphere is as dream crushing and soul crushing as you can have cubicles lined up like a cattle farm and rows of miserable people
Interviewer was late. Had a great conversation though. 2 weeks later followed up on my application with some lady from HR who didn't seem to want to talk to me. Attitude from the start and then sent me straight to a voicemail. Next day declined from the position. Applied to other roles but immediately declined as soon as I submitted. HR has an attitude and now I'm blacklisted? Yikes. Dodged a bullet.
Online assessments, Phone Interview, In person Interview. The process was very simple and easy to understand and follow. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is Necessary. The people for which I Spoke to were congenial and well spoken.
