I interviewed for sdr role and got selected. the process wasSmooth, easy and completed in 10 days which included 3 rounds. After the 1st round there was an assignment related to the role.

It was utterly an unfair competition. My friend referred me for the position and one of the staff from recruitment team arranged a Zoom meeting for March 13th at 1:30 pm, but she cancelled it at 1:40 pm on the same day. I explained to her that I took a day off for the interview and wouldn't be able to rearrange it for that week. Despite my disappointment, she emailed me to reschedule either before or after my work hours. I had been waiting for a rescheduled interview, but she didn't reply. After I sent a reminder email, I was told that the position had been filled. I cannot believe how my time was wasted, how unprofessional the hiring process was, and her lack of communication.
