An extensive case study was required beforehand, but the hiring manager hadn’t reviewed it until I reminded them during the interview. On the positive side, the talent acquisition team was great throughout: organised, smooth process, and very clear on expectations. After spending hours to complete a case study and prepare for every single interview I got rejected.
