Was emailed to see if I was interested in an interview after they received my resume from monster.com. I followed up with an email in which I finally received an email and phone call back two weeks later. Interview process was simple, you go into a group interview in which they give you a background of the company. After a brief powerpoint presentation you are asked to leave a resume and are allowed to stay after to meet one on one or to ask questions. After waiting for one on one time I asked questions and even scheduled another time to go in and meet with them. On the follow-up interview they forgot to even show up and I ended up speaking with some of the current agents and also talked to the hiring rep over the phone.
