Phone interview was easy, 2 questions and moved to in person. In person interview lasted about 2 hours. Was asked about 2 questions total as real interview questions and a sales role play at the end. A lot of it was explaining the company, jobs, benefits etc.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
