Easy. I applied online and got contacted almost immediately. Did some preliminary paperwork in preparation for a face to face interview. Skype interview not an option. Drug screening, driving record check, police background, etc. standard stuff. Mass HR briefing that seemed to drag on but was interesting. Then a one on one interview with a random HR manager or another manager. Later in the mass briefing again had several of the area managers from city wide show up and strut around. It was very strange to see these guys stand there and brag about how awesome they were and one said he only wants "winners". Very odd. Luckily the more humble and professional one turned out to be my manager. They do make it very clear that you starting at the bottom of the barrel. Don't ask for help when out on your route because "you are the help". Overall, it was an organized and informative day.

The interview is all online, extremely easy and quick. Select from multiple choice and you are then offered a job with forms to fill out and fingerprinting. Then you are called and bring 2 forms of Identification with you
Easy. Just pass the assessment then you have the job. Sometimes it may be a slow hiring process but long as you can pass a background check, you’re fine. Good luck
