The interview was brief and to the point and they did ask me some question as to my background and my experience in the airline industry. They wanted to know how did I like my last job and what did I think of the company management. Also what I was looking for in the future and would I consider a management position.

They ask what kind of person are you and do you work well with others and are you a team player?
They ask you questions if you are able to keep up with the physically demanding job, and if the hours were compatible with your schedule. They will also ask that they will call you and change start times frequently and if you are able to come in for it.
