Entrevista
-Applied online, then if you met the qualifications you were forwarded a link to a standardized test.
-The test was mainly hypotheticals which exposed your though process, your trustworthiness, and your overall level of dependence. The test also had a logical games section. if you don't know what that is you should probably google it. The main function of those questions is to test your reasoning capabilities
Phone interview at first then proceeded to a three-person panel interview.
-The entire process took about a month since they hire on a class-size basis. Usually between 20-25 people at a time and usually about 4 classes a year.
-After the panel, I was brought in to the office and offered a non-negotiable salary.

Describe a situation with an angry costumer and how you resolved the issue.
I filled out the application online. Then received the email about a week later to schedule the for the interview with a hiring manager. Interviewed within 2 weeks via Zoom.
Panel interview with a supervisor and HR. Very basic questions. Be professional and have good questions to ask, and you should be fine. You'll be surprised with some of the people they let through the interview process if you make it through the other side.

The Interview was pretty basic, they asked me about my previous experience on sales. They are not looking for you to be an expert but at least some experience. They also asked me about my education.
