Initial call with recruiter, second interview through Zoom with two senior staff. Questions were skills based and behavioural based with an emphasis on being able to handle chaos and significant organizational change.

After chasing them for a reply to my application, I was invited to a "virtual interview" which was basically an "open-ended" video I had to record. I answered to 3 questions in a few minutes and submitted it. I had to chase again for the results.
