Filled out app online. Called in for group interview/your. Offered job at end of tour. They will pretty much hire anybody off the street who is physically capable, especially right before peak season (November). You have 30 days for them to decide if they will keep you on, depending on attendance/quality.

Are you able to work hours during shift you applied for?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
