The interview process was relatively quick and straightforward- there was one in-person interview with the center manager. It lasted about 10 minutes. Since the position I applied for was at an airport hub, there was a federal background check that took about 2 weeks.

Was an overall great experience . Challenging questions were asked. The part time exam was worthy. It is a role that helps you gain experience. You should be detail oriented. It is a fast pace working environment. The logistics are fundamental.
