they contact you via email to ask for an interview with an HR person. After some bureaucratic questions they ask you to take a test which you have to return after an hour. in the test there are several tracks with problems that you have to solve

The panel was very friendly. They asked some general questions about my experiences and asked a situational question. They spent the first 15 minutes thinking about the organization and their projects.

How would you prepare your team to interview a X person at an event?
The interview was conducted virtually and included questions from several different panelist from various fictional areas across the organization. It lasted for about 30 minutes in total before the conversation concluded.
