For the first selection, a task was emailed to all candidates at a set time. we were given 1.5 hours to complete the exercise. The job was related to fund-raising in a particular sector. I received the offer for the first selection around 2 months after the closing date. Over 2 months after the initial test, I still have not heard anything back from UNICEF (negative or positive) despite calling HR. I was told their process was slow but I was at least expecting a reply given i made it to the first selection.
