Informal, pretty easy. They did it in the DC when they were closed. It was more of an overview of what you were going to do. They were in need of people when I came so it wasn't very picky. Bunch of people left so the "interview" process was less screening, more training. It took them a month or 2 to get back to me, and another month or so to get me in for the interview.
